ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to furnish information to the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005, for the applications preferred by the petitioner on 11.08.2023, 11.09.2023, 03.10.2023 and 11.10.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that with regard to provision of information, S.A.No.17915 of 2023 is pending before the Tamil Nadu State Information Commission, Chennai and requests four weeks time to dispose of the said Second Appeal.

3. Though the present Writ Petition has been filed for a mandamus to furnish information to the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005, for the applications submitted by the petitioner on 11.08.2023, 11.09.2023, 03.10.2023 and 11.10.2023, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of S.A.No.17915 of 2023 pending before the Tamil Nadu State Information Commission, Chennai, within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
