police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.62 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have committed theft of cow from the shed of the defacto complainant.

3. This is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application for anticipatory bail was dismissed on the ground that the petitioner is having five previous cases. This Court finds no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition for anticipatory bail.

4. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
