ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner even without submitting any document for registration has rush to this Court.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Devakottai had issued communication dated 25.03.2009 calling upon the registering authority not to register the documents pertaining to S.F.Nos.65/1 & 65/2 corresponding 298 to 323. But then, this restraint order has subsequently been withdrawn and documents are being registered.

4.Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
