O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the 2nd and 3rd respondent in accordance with law based on her complaint, dated 03.12.2023 within the time limit stipulated by this Court..

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the course of enquiry it was found that the issue between the landlord and tenant and hence, the same was closed advising the parties to work out the remedy through civil court process.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 2 to 4 have undertaken to vacate the premises within the time. Aggrieved by that they have caused damages to the building and hence, seeking police protection.

4. Since it is a case of civil dispute, there is no question of police intervention and hence, the complaint correctly closed by the respondent police. In such circumstances nothing survives for consideration in this petition.

5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
