ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent to not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of 1/4
investigation regarding the complaint given by the unknown person. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent police is present before this Court and would submit that a third party gave a complaint against the petitioner. On the point of jurisdiction it was forwarded to concerned jurisdictional police station to act upon it. 3.In view of the above said submissions, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.
4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
