ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to set aside the impugned docket order passed in Crl M.P No. Unnumbered of 2023 in Crime No. 60 of 2023, dated 13.07.2023 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that in order to get the property in P.R.No.309 of 2022 under interim custody, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, the Court below has directed the petitioner to produce the original RC book. Since the original RC book was already filed by the petitioner before the Judicial Magistrate, No.VI, Sivakasi in Cr.No.368 of 2021 pending on the file of Thiruthangal Police Station, he is not in a position to produce the original RC book before the Court below. Hence, this petition. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to get a certified copy of the RC book and produce the same before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.
