ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to give police protection to life limb and dignity of the petitioner and her family from the 4th Respondent and his men by considering representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2023. 2.Because of the continuous trouble between the parties, it appears that FIR has been registered on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner. Another complaint has been sent by the petitioner for the purpose of police protection. Absolutely, it is private issue between the petitioner and fourth respondent. For the purpose of coming out of the above said relationship, representation has been given by the petitioner. 3.Let the above said representation be disposed of by the respondent police after ascertaining the ground situation within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
