ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner had executed the petition mentioned sale deed. The registration formalities could not be completed. The document was not released because the land value has not been determined. The matter is pending on the file of the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to determine the land value for the petition mentioned property within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
