This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to provide police protection to the petitioner and the property based on the Civil Court decree passed in favour of the petitioner.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the FIR was registered in Crime No.208 of 2022 based on the complaint given by the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, the investigation can go on and considering the fact that the civil court decree has been passed in favour of the petitioner, the Police will ensure that the private respondents do not interfere or cause any threat to the petitioner.
