ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to recover the passport of the petitioner's second son, P.Theeran (aged about 7 years) bearing No.A34901158 issued in the United States of America from the fourth respondent and hand over the same to the petitioner based on his representation dated 09.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
