ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by an employee of the respondent Transport Corporation who had retired from service on 31.10.2020 seeking a Mandamus for disbursement of the surrender earned leave from the year 2010 till his retirement.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 03.02.2023 wherein he has requested for disbursement of the surrender of earned leave. However, so far the said representation has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, the 2nd respondent herein is directed to pass orders and confer eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
