ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2.The prayer in the writ petition cannot be countenanced. If any adverse order is passed by the authority concerned, the petitioner can always come before this Court for challenging the same. The question of interfering at this stage does not arise.

3.Leaving open all the contentions of the writ petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
