The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Salesman working in TASMAC challenging the order of suspension and the charge memo dated 23.10.2023.

2.It is the contention of the Writ Petitioner that the suspension order as well as the charge memo are vague to the effect that they have not mentioned the date and time on which the alleged misconduct has taken place. However, this Court is not inclined to entertain such a Writ Petition at the show cause notice stage or the suspension order. 3.In view of the aforesaid facts, the second respondent herein is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of explanation from the Writ Petitioner. 2/4
