ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.983 of 2011 on the file of first respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the first respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that charge sheet stands filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai in S.T.C.No.3142 of 2011, this Criminal Original Petition, shall stand dismissed. However, taking note of the submission that despite filing of the charge sheet, the case is still pending, there shall be a direction to the lower Court to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
