O R D E R

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the prayer as follows - To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to impugned Government order issued by the 1st respondent in G.O.(Ms). No.29, issued by the Social Welfare and Women Empowerment (SW-7(2)) Department dated 10.03.2025 and G.O.Ms. No.02 dated 18.02.2025, Welfare of differently abled persons department and consequent order of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 240/2025 dated 19.06.2025 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to appoint the petitioner in any one of the post of Anganwadi Worker, Mini Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Helper in Kadayanallur, Tenkasi District 1/3

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main writ petition and post on 13.11.2025.
