Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and the learned counsel for the sixth respondent. Issuance of notice to the seventh and eighth respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the petition mentioned documents. Obviously, the petitioner is invoking Section 77A of the Registration Act. The said complaint shall be kept pending by the fourth respondent. The fourth 2/4

respondent will take a call in the matter based on the decision to be rendered by the Larger Bench on the scope and applicability of Section 77A of the Registration Act.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
