2.Sri Ramakrishna Kudil is a society registered under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975. General 2/4

body meeting was conducted on 03.10.2023 and Form VII was presented for filing before the first respondent. It has been questioned by the fifth respondent. The fifth respondent relies on a rival Form VII. The first respondent cannot keep the issue pending. The first respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
