This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate steps based on the petitioners representation dated 11.11.2023 and 16.11.2023.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that it is a money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein. Learned counsel for the third respondent is making exorbitant interest. On that account, a complaint has been given. He further submitted that after filing of the complaint the petitioner is not co-operating for the enquiry.

3. Let the enquiry be completed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner must appear before the respondent without fail, on receipt of summon. 2/4

4. With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
