This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to the fourth respondent to release the admitted bill amount in pursuant to the Construction of Modern LPG Crematorium at Ward No.4, Survey No.111/3, Thimmanpatti Road in Mallankinaru Town Panchayat, Virudhunagar District as per the work order in ROC No.103/1022 dated 25.07.2022.

2. Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's request is under process and that they are awaiting the completion certificate from the Superintending Engineer in the office of the first respondent. It is further submitted that the amount shall be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of eight(8) weeks from today (i.e., 13.10.2025).

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
