Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents jointly to pay compensation of Rs.25,00,000/- (Twenty Five Lakhs) on account of the 1/4

death of the petitioner's son namely J.Rakesh dated 11.05.2025, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents jointly to pay compensation of Rs.25,00,000/- on account of the death of the petitioner's son namely J.Rakesh, on 11.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 19.05.2025 for payment of compensation of Rs.25,00,000/- for the death of his son on 11.05.2025. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be disposed within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/4

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.05.2025 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
