This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions ordered by this Court in CRL.R.C(MD)No.795 of 2023 dated 11.10.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.
