ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent Not to Harass the Petitioner in the guise of enquiry by considering the representation dated 06.12.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the wife against the petitioner, enquiry is conducted and closed as mistake of fact. Similarly, this petitioner gave a complaint against the wife. Due to non procuration of child between the parties, trouble has arisen. The allegation is that the wife is having extra marital affairs. It is matrimonial issue, which ought to have been settled among themselves.
3.Let the above said complaint be closed by the respondent police, directing the petitioner to workout his remedy through proper civil proceedings. There is no question of harassment by the police. 2/4
4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
