The order of transfer of the writ petitioner/ the Secretary of the Q.1273, Pirappanvalasai Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society, Ramanathapuram is under challenge in the main writ petition.
2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 01.08.2025, the learned Additional Government Pleader sought time 2/5
to get instructions and therefore this matter was adjourned to 06.08.2025, under the caption for admission and also an order of status quo has been granted. Thereafter, the writ petition was not listed for hearing.
3.Since this Court has granted an order of status quo, the respondents in the writ petition have filed a counter affidavit and also an application to vacate the interim order granted by this Court and the same is listed today. There is no representation for the writ petitioner.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the vacate stay petitioner submits that the writ petitioner is a common cadre employee and he has been transferred from B Class Society to another B class Society and that too by a Common Cadre Authority. 5.This Court is satisfied with the reply of the vacate stay petitioner and accordingly, the interim order granted by this Court is vacated. This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 3/5
