This Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed to amend the HMOP No.656 of 2024 instead of HMOP No.696 of 2024 in Tr. CMP(MD) No.321 of 2025, dated 08.08.2025.

2. It is to be noted that this Court allowed the TrCMP(MD).No.321 of 2025 by order dated 08.08.2025. In the said order, the HMOP number was inadvertently mentioned as H.M.O.P.No.696 of 2024 instead of H.M.O.P.No.656 of 2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the order made in Tr.CMP.(MD).No.321 of 2025 dated 08.08.2025 and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
