3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial process is going on.

4. Considering the request of the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.621 of 2022 and complete the same within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
