ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to take criminal action against the proposed persons and give police protection to petitioner's life and limb based on the petitioner's complaints dated 06.11.2024 and 12.07.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that an FIR was already registered since the allegation discloses cognizable offence; and that as regards police protection, the petitioner's representation was considered and rejected.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
