ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the enquiry of the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.07.2023 on the file of 2nd respondent police to some other Investigating Agency for further enquiry in accordance with law. 2.The petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police to find out her missing documents. Since the same was not considered so far, she come forward with this petition seeking transfer of investigation. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that even copy of the missing document is not produced by the petitioner till now.

4.Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent and produce the certified copy or xerox copies of her documents, so that the second respondent can make investigate in this regard. 5.The second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry 2/4

ensuring the said documents have not been deposited for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if not satisfied.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
