2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court modifies Paragraph No. 3 as follows:

'' 3. The petitioners states that the respondents are the landlords of the property in respect of which they seek themselves to be recorded as tenant under the relevant provisions of law. However, there can be no embargo on paying the rent to the respondents. ''

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction and issue corrected copy of the order on 13.10.2025.
