PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in any manner except due process of law. ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in any manner 1/4
except due process of law.
2.It is a money transaction issue between the parties. The Sub Inspector of Police attached to the District Crime Branch, Tuticorin, has sent a communication to the Legal Advisor over the above said issue, which is stated to be pending with him. It appears that it is a business transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent. Over which the complaint has been given by the third respondent. 3.Let the petitioner appear before the respondent herein and give the details about the business transaction. If it is found that it is purely money transaction issue, then the complaint may be closed by advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings.
4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
