O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to give Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The facts in brief: The petitioner was employed by the third respondent as a care taker and she was allowed to reside in the upstairs portion of his house. Because of illegal intimacy between the petitioner and the third respondent, the petitioner became pregnant. Hence, a complaint was made by the petitioner, based on which, a case in Crime No.8 of 2014 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 506(i) IPC. Thereafter, the third respondent made a promise to take care of the petitioner and her child, based on which, the above criminal case was quashed by this Court. Later, the third respondent had left the house and till date his whereabouts is not known to the petitioner and still the petitioner is residing in that house. Now the petitioner is receiving threats from unknown persons and during night hours, the house door has been knocked by the suspected persons. Thereby, she made a representation before the second respondent Police, seeking Police protection, but that was not considered, hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. Per conra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit a long history of the accused. According to him, this petitioner was appointed as a care taker of the third respondent and there was illegal relationship between them, thereby, she became pregnant. Hence, she filed a complaint. After the compromise reached between the petitioner and the third respondent, she is residing somewhere else. Now daughter of the third respondent has come down to India from abroad. At that stage only, the representation was made by the petitioner, seeking Police protection stating that as if she is living in that house, receiving threats from the unknown persons.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is not a genuine person and she illegally tries to usurp the property. So, she is not entitled for any relief from this Court. Absolutely this petition has been filed with intention to usurp the property of the third respondent. It is absolutely misuse of process of the Court. So, the representation made by the petitioner may be closed immediately.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
