ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in S.C.No.340/2023 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai and quash the same in respect of the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is satisfied if a direction is issued to the learned Principal Sub Court, Madurai, to complete the trial within a stipulated time.

3. Since the petitioner is a law graduate, undergoing third year in the course, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial process within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 20.12.2023 NCC :
