Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned summons passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.A1/5280/2023 dated 22.09.2023 and quash the same. ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The question of interfering at the notice stage does not arise at all. If any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, the petitioner can always come before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wanted to get himself impleaded in the pending proceedings. He is permitted to do so. The petitioner can very well file a proper application before the Revenue Divisional Officer for impleading himself and the same shall be allowed by RDO, Kulithalai. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the 3rd respondent to pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
