Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R5.

2. The petitioner completed his 9th standard in the 5th respondent school. In the transfer certificate issued by the 5th respondent, the petitioner's date of birth is said to have been wrongly entered. The petitioner seeks correction.

3. The petitioner is permitted to approach the 5th respondent. He shall produce all the relevant records. In particular, he must produce the original birth certificate. Based on the same, the 5th respondent will make appropriate correction in the transfer certificate pertaining to the writ petitioner.
