The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substituted service of notice on the 8th respondent by way of paper publication in one issue of a local Tamil daily newspaper 'Malai Malar' having circulation in Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, 6 and 7 and also perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the 8th respondent by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Madurai Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 02.04.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 23.03.2026.

4. Post the matter on 01.04.2026.
