Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.11854 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.601 of 2022 dated 25.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Manikandan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and also submitted that the investigation is going on.

5. Considering the nature and the gravity of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.11854 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.601 of 2022 dated 25.01.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court 2/3

on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
