ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 29.07.2025 passed in Trust.O.P.No.53 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Court, Theni.
2. While dismissing the application in Trust.O.P.No.53 of 2024, the trial Court took note of the fact that the property in dispute, described in Serial No.7, is classified as forest land and therefore, held that the claim made by the revision petitioner seeking permission to alienate the said property cannot be entertained.
3. The revision petitioner has now filed an affidavit giving up the prayer in respect of Item No.7, which is classified as a forest land. The said affidavit is taken on record.
4. In view of the same, the matter is remitted back to the Principal District Court, Theni, for fresh consideration, to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The affidavit filed by the petitioner shall 2/4
form part of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
