Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1594/2023/P.V.thee dated 29.11.2023 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to merge the TVS Shops No.I and II along with the employees with the 5th respondent.

2.The petitioner is presently working as a salesman in cooperative stores. Even though the fair price shop in which the petitioner was working has been transferred, the petitioner will be accommodated as salesman in TVS cooperative super market. Her pay as well as rank will stand protected.
