ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent. Issuance of notice to the second respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner is an LPG distributor. She was given the said distributorship considering her background as widow of an army man. The case of the petitioner is that the second respondent had fraudulently presented the petition mentioned document as if the petitioner's concern is a partnership firm. In this regard, criminal prosecution was also launched and the petitioner states that the document in question had been identified as forgery.

3.I do not want to go into the merits of the matter for the present because the second respondent has not been put on notice. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the offending entry. She has given a complaint on 21.12.2022. The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order after putting the second respondent on notice. This exercise 2/4

shall be completed by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
