O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for forbearing the 2nd respondent from interfering with the money dispute pending between the 3rd respondent and deceased husband of the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that during the course of enquiry, finding that money transaction is pending between the parties, they were advised to work out their remedy in the appropriate civil process and accordingly, the said complaint was closed.

3. In view of the closure of the said complaint, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
