The petitioners herein are the accused in Crime No.137 of 2012, which was vested by Vijayanarayanam Police Station, Tirunelveli District. Now, this application is filed by the petitioners to quash the said FIR.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent represented that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed in the said Crime No.137 of 2012, which was not taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Therefore, this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
