The above petition has been filed seeking orders to recognize Mr.Ismail as the power agent of the appellants 1 to 4 in the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that they are not having any objections to allow this petition.

4. Considering the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main papers and post the same on 09.03.2026.
