This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to call for the first information report in Crime No.152 of 2011 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station Madurai District and quash the same.

2. The defacto complainant moved H.C.No.No.218 of 2011 informing that his minor daughter Nagajothi had been abducted.

3. This Court under order dated 19.04.2011, has observed as follows:- "5.We enquired the detenue to ascertain her mind. She states that she married the aid Kalimuniswaran. Further, she adds that she is now pregnant and would not go along with her parents and she would like to go only with her husband. 4. Presently, a memo of compromise dated 11.01.2013 executed both by the defacto complainant, the alleged victim and her husband and family members/accused informs of the first accused and the victim leading a happy married life.

5. In such circumstances, accepts the memo of compromise, all further proceedings in Crime No.152 of 2011 on the file of the Inspector of Police Othakadai Police Station Madurai District shall stand quashed. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the record.

6. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions is closed. Consequently connected MP is closed.
