2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.266 of 2012, the second respondent police has filed a charge sheet in S.C.No.360 of 2014 before the I Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli.
