ORDER

The petitioner is seeking leave to file a Contempt Petition for alleged violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.5911 of 2025, dated 05.03.2025.

2. By the order dated 05.03.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.5911 of 2025, this Court directed the first respondent to conduct a survey based on the application of the petitioner therein namely, G.Muthupandi, dated 06.02.2025.

3. The petitioner herein has filed the Contempt Petition on the ground that the land belongs to him and that the officials concerned are attempting to demarcate the land and conduct an enquiry in violation of the orders of this Court.

4. In case of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to seek their remedies before the Civil Court. Similarly, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the conduct of the survey, he may approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief, including an injunction.
