2. By this Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioner seeks amendment to enable challenge to the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer. Upon examining the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of this Miscellaneous Petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

3. Consequently, Registry is directed to make amendments in the main Writ Petition.
