O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to survey measure and fix the boundary stones in respect of the petitioner's properties in Patta No. 2097 and comprising in Survey No. 161/3K1A1A situated at Seelappadi Village, Dindigul West taluk, Dindigul District on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 05.07.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner submitted an application 05.07.2025 to the respondents for surveying and fix the boundary stones. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of both 2/5

the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2025 and demarcate the land of the petitioner, after considering the claims of both the parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are rival claims, the said issues can be agitated before the civil Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
