This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.13 of 2011 on the file of the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Tirunelveli City and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State.

3. Reading of the complaint leading to registration of the case in Crime No.13 of 2011 for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 406 and 506(i) of I.P.C, informs of misappropriation and criminal intimidation.

4. Since prima facie case stands made out against the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition shall stand closed.
