The petitioner has come forward with this petition to withdraw the C.C.No.195 of 2008 from the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, Theni District to transfer to the Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Chennai.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that after trial, the Trial Court acquitted the petitioner from the charges levelled against him.

3.In view of the above subsequent developments, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
