This petition is filed to call for the records in Crime No.1217 of 2012, on the file of the 2nd respondent police and also to change the investigation to 3rd respondent or some other agency.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted in Crime No.1217 of 2012 and closed as 'mistake of fact' on 18.09.2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioners to work out this remedy in the manner known to law.
