O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute which is subject matter of pending O.S.No.579 of 2023 on the file of District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that case in Crime No.287 of 2023 has been registered against this petitioner and others on the basis of the complaint lodged by one Raguraj, who is stated to be purchaser of the property from the private respondents herein for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324, 427, 506(ii) of IPC. Apart from that it is also seen that a suit in O.S.No.519 of 2023, which was filed by this petitioner is pending before the District Munsif, Trichy. Another suit was also filed by the private respondents before the Principal Sub Judge, Trichy, for damages.

3.In view of the above said development, nothing survives in this matter. They have to workout their remedy in the pending suits itself. Apart from they can workout their remedy in Crime No.287 of 2023. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. 13.12.2023 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No TM To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Trichy District, Trichy.
